Do You Ship Outside of The US?

CAYE Industry currently ships to the USA only. If you live outside of the USA, please stay tuned as we hope to expand shipping capabilities very soon!

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION

"Free Standard Ground Shipping" is offered on orders with subtotals (after discounts, before tax) that are $65 or more (unless specified differently as part of a limited time promotional offer). CAYE Industry reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotions at any time.

Please note: All “Free Shipping” promotions apply to Standard Ground Shipping unless otherwise specified in the promotion.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained please allow up to 72 hours for processing (excluding weekends and holidays) before your order ships unless otherwise notified. Orders containing items that will be receiving custom name and or number applications may take upward of an additional 10 business days for processing.

SHIPPING METHODS

Priority Mail (3-5 Business Days)

  • Flat Rate $8 – Under $100 (after discounts, before tax)

  • FREE – $65 and over (after discounts, before tax)*

Some exceptions may apply. Shipping costs and delivery times are subject to change. Shipping times are estimates and will vary based on your ship to location. CAYE industry will not be held responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather, holidays or natural disasters. 

 

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Monday - Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.

 

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up the shipping time it takes to receive your order.

 

Will all of my items arrive at the same time?

Yes, all products in a single order will arrive at the same time. 

 

Can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. You can check the status of your order by clicking the tracking button in the shipping confirmation email.

 

We encourage you to sign up for tracking updates through the shipping courier. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us directly at hello@cayeindustry.com

 

What Happens if USPS Loses my Package?

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. CAYE Industry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department. 

 

Returns

Return Policy

  • Customers have up to 14 days after your purchase to return a product for a refund, providing the products in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags. 

  • CAYE Industry will not accept garments that have stains from trying on. All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet the above requirements.

  • Insurance is recommended. CAYE Industry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.

  • In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We do not provide return labels.

  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and fully sealed, so they are not damaged in the post. If a return slip is provided, please make sure this is properly attached to the outside of your package.

  • If you have further questions contact us at  hello@cayeindustry.com Make sure you include your order number and the reason for the return..

  • Items returned without proper return authorization may be returned.


 

Exchanging my Order

  • Unfortunately, exchanges are not permitted. Customers will need to return any unwanted items and re-buy the correct item.

  • After we receive your returned item, the CAYE Industry team will inspect it and notify you via email if your item has been approved for return. 

  • Once the return has been completed, a refund will be applied to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping and handling. You will receive the refund within 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

 

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • We cannot accept returns on Promotional Deals (ex: "Buy a Jersey, Pant & Glove Set, Get a Free T-Shirt"). 

  • Returns can only be made if purchased from cayeindustry.com directly. All other returns need to be made at your original place of purchase.

 

International Customers

All sales are final except for products that have a manufacturing defect or if the incorrect item was shipped out. We can not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason for international shipments.
